I thought on this some more while I was working out. And I just remembered that there are more than a few VIDEO'S of me with students on You-Tube.

Depending on the type of school this person works for...e.g. a private or religious based school, there may be stipulations like that....(I work in education and we can post photos of ourselves, but none with students)
that said....if someone can't post a picture or be willing to make one available then there is usually a reason to be very wary.

Take out the religion,I worked for the Catholic School Board.
They are not under contract,but are advised against joining sites such as my space,face book,etc,for there own protection,but of there own free will do do as they wish.

The reason I cannot post a photo here is due to my teaching contract. We had a teacher last year get fired for posting photos online.... I hope you understand.
