Just walk one and say, "Hello my name is Bond...James Bond." 
Works for him.
Actually just walk up to the person and introduce yourself. Then depending on where you are (say a bar) then say, "I've seen guys coming up to you all night and being shot down. How bout if I let you buy me a drink and we pretend to hit it off so they will leave you alone?" Then usually you rely on your communication skills from there.
This method is bold but also unique, which is what you're shooting for on a lady that has bit hit on by hundreds of men. And if she shoots you down, so what, you tried.
