I made myself Madras Beef Strips....in a spicy curry sauce....with fresh tomatos....garlic....and chopped mushrooms....with boiled rice.....
Made so much that i froze it and brought it to work..where i popped it in the microwave for half the canteen to be like....mmmmmmmmm...what is that!!!!...
Then sat and munched the lot....
Had Crunchy Nut Cornflakes this morning......thats it....

And in part its the fact are "babies" are grown.....and it never gets any easier.
When they are wee we can be there to catch them when they fall,when they leave the nest its ALL out of are hands.Its scary and the feeling of being helpless never seems to leave us.

Me: Two ham, cucumber and tomato sandwiches with mayo and butter on white bread, followed by two chocolate eclairs...yes TWO!
