I had used it once, but I have found that the yahoo messenger works just as well and to me the yahoo messenger is a lot more fun, so I had deleted Skype.

I'm on a great plan, only in Canada though. .25 cents a call, no matter how long you talk. Anywhere in N. America. .65 cents a call to Europe.

I tried for the first time skype calling US - a few days ago - terrible Echo.

sounds like you need to change some setting I've never had an echo when using it

Have you got speakers, mike or headphones?? If you are getting echo or feedback its usually your mike/speakers are placed wrongly. Change their positioning, you should be okay! But you should stick with it cos Skype is miles better than MSN.
