typical NHS
the mistakes make you laugh but the situation because of the refugee a immigration policy of the present british goverment ;the service within the nhs in the uk is awful and age discrimination against native brits is appalling; the uk takes in more political refugees than any other nation; leaves nothing but shame and is no laughing matter ;how many other countries tell the old and the sick that they are a burden to society and the taxpayer? its a sad fact that the uk health system has gone to pot;;;; to be honest, I'm not all that thrilled with the Dutch system either.
I know so many people that have horror stories.
Simple tests that could have been made and prevented much misery, but deemed too expensive.

i totaly agree when you have waited 1or 2 yrs to see a surgeon then the treatment and care you receive is without doubt the best in the world; but you may die before you get to the treatment stage; because the system is abused an is overloaded; and is failing the people who need it most the native englander ;who pay in with expectations of getting treatment when they need it most when they are ill; not to be told you are to old or you will have to wait ;
I've been turning my own ears into silk purses, pajamas, and bed sheets for years. It really isn't that difficult.
