And I mean, you meet somebody here, either the forums or by mail, by internet, ok? Everything seems cool, but they live in another city, another country, you guys talk over the phone and so on, do you REALLY consider that person to be your partner, even without having met in person, and do you not cheat on them (for real)???

I guess I am what they consider "old school" If you meet someone and take the time and effort to get to know one another then I would have to be faithful to that person. And I would also let all know the situation also.

That would have to depend on the understanding between the two that are long distance. If you commit the long distance relationship then it's a commitment no matter the distance. But I'm speaking for myself on this. Financial status plays a big part of this. If the man can't afford to visit or fly the lady to him then it woyld be stupid to commit.

I had a relationship with a girl that lived in Mazatlan, we spoke via phone and IM for several months. I flew there for a week then later flew her to Texas. Then I moved to Mexico for 6 months to see where the relationship would go. During that entire time I was faithful to her.
