I love to flirt...it is harmless. I know I will never find another mate, here or anywhere else. So, I flirt but there are no commitments

I had a pretty serious interest in someone here once. Lots of correspondence, and even started to plan a trip. Alas, it did not pan out. But during that period, I guess you could say I stopped shopping? It seemed to be the gentlemenly thing to do.

I love to flirt but I am free... single... have no one.... lol Nothing wrong with a little flirting... what is more wrong is to ask someone miles away from you to be in a committed relationship knowing that you may not be that committed..... I had one from here ask me to marry him.... He lived over seas.... I told him yes... Then he said consider yourself married and then he left I haven't spoken to him in over a month....lol So how can I take his words into my heart and believe that he will still marry me after this amount of time.... -so I hold nothing on the Internet to be real. They will have to show more then mere words to hold this one down.... I have made my mind up that no one will hurt me again...lol

I'm cool with it because I don't sweat the small stuff. But just to inform you yes slang does appear in the dictionary.. have your ever heard of the Garzanti

I'm not even gonna answer this....Please take into consideration that if and when u LIE other people can be harm. If you don't speak other languages can't pretend ur gonna do it in help of a dictionary. Peace to you..

If I have an interest in someone and it's mutual..yes I am faithful...regardless of whether we have met yet...As long as the relationship is progressing than I don't see how it differs from any other relationship...If indeed you have plans to meet at some point of course!

I think they hold to much on words.....

When I first started online, I had correspondence with a man who was in Hawaii. He told me that he had moved there from my area and would plan to return so that we could meet. I received such beautiful letters and poetry from him, phone calls and cards. After a few months I began to have feelings, and, because of the feelings, I guess you could say I was faithful....just had a belief that we would meet.

I did have reservations because I believe very heavily in chemistry and although it appeared we were compatible, only the face to face chemistry would make it so. Needless to say, as the time got closer to his planned trip back home, work got heavier and he slowly disappeared off the face of the earth.

I recovered, and shortly after that, 3 more love letter arrived. I was strong enough to tell him that they were just words and that he would only be able to prove his love for me by appearing on my doorstep....he has not arrived. I don't expect him to. I know now that we were living in a fantasy...perhaps he still is...I am not.

Now, until I have met and determined the total chemistry, I will not accept a relationship that requires "faithfulness". But, on the other hand, I have not ruled out investigating a long distance relationship.

Does that answer your question and provide the reasons why? And you all think I'm so wise....I've just lived longer and made all the mistakes...but, learned from them
