Yes but I no longer dwell on those days,had many through life.I've found there's always some positive that comes from every negative.It may be small and you may have to look for it.Also no matter how bad it gets,life goes on nad so should we.

I honestly have had better physical health since my change of beleifs.
As Grandma use to say when I'd sulk,"you never know what tommorow brings and if it's not what you hope there's the day after",miss her
but only get down about it now and then for an hour or so,then as I said life goes on.
