A friend , of mine, Billy, was going through a bad divorce years ago
and he was moaning about women this, and women that
and then he said to me
"Martin, I'll never understand women as long as I live."

I told him.

"You have to do what I do Billy."
"You have to get them to speak slowly

lol. How rude. It isnt that tough. You just have to learn to pay attention. Which isnt a strong point for you guys *M*

Ouch, and a sweeping generalization. We pay attention, really. And pay, and pay, and pay...

Men don't like it when women lump them all together as a "group" and neither do women. That was a blanket statement about women and you can't judge ALL of us from just the few select one's that you happen to base your opinions off of. If you are having trouble communicating with the women in your life perhaps listening wholeheartedly instead of hearing only 1/3 of what a woman may say you would find that you would gather a much better understanding of that particular woman. For me I am blunt and to the point perhaps sometimes too blunt, but thats me. I have no problems telling the man in my life what I want, need or am thinking. Maybe I'm in the minority here but I find by communicating my needs directly instead of beating around the bush, it more times than not will get the man's attention and he does listen. JMHO

Oh I wouldn't be too quick to judge a woman because believe me some men are no different! And I speak from experience here too!!

Not fair to generalize just because of a few bad apples.

I think this was intended as humor...

Good joke, the same can be said if men are talking about cars or sports, maybe? Although some girls could show the guys a few things with that. I have heard this one on another site and it got a totally different response.
