How about the people that buy only no-fat products
I do count calories.......stop at 1200/day
and I stop at about 4,000 calories a day

I NEVER count my calories, and I've got a body to prove it....
I never count my calories ... was born with fast metabolism ...its only a dream so go back to sleep and hope i wake up with the right lady
