Normal men are recognised by normal women, who are not trying too hard. The biggest problem is, when a normal guy, likes a woman and she makes a big thing about having such a busy life. Yes, you know who you are.

sorry.... I'll just have to defend busy women. I'm one. It's not easy to meet up just like that, at the click of a finger if I find someone interesting.
It s happened... I had found someone interesting but I just couldn't manage to meet up. He had all the time in the world and I have very little and all subject to last minute changes. He gave up because he hasn't been in touch and to tell the truth.... I'm not into chasing anyone around.

Your comment on chasing reminded me of a documentary I watched recently, on children’s behaviour in schools. There was one girl who sat on a bench, in the playground, on her own, every break time. She watched as all the other girls and boys (a mixed school) played, laughed and enjoyed their selves. Eventually, the program makers started to interview different children. They interviewed this girl and asked why she always sat alone, on the bench, at break times. Her answer was, that she was not going to ask to play with anyone, if they wanted to play with her, they should make the first move. They also spoke with other girls and boys, those who mentioned this girl all had the same impression. The most common one was "she's boring, she doesn't want to play with us, she thinks she is too good for us because she's posh.
Funny how uninfected minds work eh.
PS, We've had the tail end of some bad storms but the sun's out today and you kind of forget the bad bits. A bit like a good relationship.

yummy! you're totally right.... smoke and ghosts... (very appropriate for Halloween) so... yes... seafood spaghetti and iced ...champagne... I tried Veuve Clicquot once and it was beautiful... the bottle was decoraded with flowers.. I think I'll buy myself one for my birthday (not long to go!) -
