Well here I am exhausted...........can't sleep.
I've tried counting sheep, they turn into lamb chops, i've drank heated red wine, makes me reach for a cold white one, been for a long walk, even tried watching maltese tv that merely bored me....................what's your secret of a good nights sleep?

Hi Jacko wave the best nights sleep normally comes when one is exhuasted and happy...then you usually flop into bed and sleep ......the sleep of the dead...........however if you cant sleep best options are ...a good movie.......a good book........or someone to chat to for a couple of hours....co susually you need to relax and unwind.......and these options usually help you with that ...try them ........ professor
however must say surprised that Maltese TV did not send you straight to sleep rolling on the floor laughing

Agree with Brunette here Jacko ... camomille tea ... and asking the "loving energies" for healing and comfort and imagine the energies entering your body through the crown of your head and dispersing through your body ... then settle and relax into the well being that those energies bring ...

Whatever is going on in my life, even extremely distressing stuff, the combination of the above usually allows me to drift off into sleep pleasantly ...
