I think we should have the right but only in extreme circumstances, incurable and dibiltating. There is so much more involved than just taking your own life, you have to consider how it will affect loved ones.
If I knew that I was going to loose the ability to think rationaly, feed myself or control my bodily functions and there was nothing that could be done about it - it would be a consideration.
