Okay I am going to stick out like a sore thumb here.
I love baths...quite relaxing.
But with pampering, I buy myself a fishing pole, lures, spinners etc....
I pamper myself by taking a drive in the mountains and listen to 70's music.
I pamper myself by exploring new exciting things.
Yes, I do wear perfume when the time calls for it. I guess I am more into the natural.

Pamper myself: ummm...get my hair done, get a Thai Massage...
Perfume: I love Japanese Musk by *Body Shop*... oil perfume, just a few dabs last the whole day!

Guess I was sound asleep when this thread got going, but better late than never, eh?
For pampering myself, I go for pedicures (don't manicure so often because it never lasts long enough...polish chips too soon on my fingernails, for some reason). I then like to go somewhere with a good book and sit and slowly drink an iced coffee of some fashion, always outdoors on a beautfiful day, and ogle the good-looking passersby!
Indoors, pampering usually involves a glass of wine, lots of candles, and either some nice music and a book or else a good movie. Relaxation is the key.
Favorite perfume is "Flower" by Kenzo. I have been wearing it for several years now and never even try anything else; I get more compliments on it than I ever did with any other fragrance.

oh wow..that sounds so relaxing just reading it...iced coffee is the best, now its cold here so hot chocolate will have to do. very true as long as a person can relax everything else falls into place...thanks for sharing, oh i havent heard of "flower" i dont think..is it a light airy smell?
