HEALING ROOM (75)
This is a healing pool.
Imagine having got here through the gate at the edge of a beautiful meadow.
Make your way through the meadow filling your lungs with the scent of the colourful flowers.
Feel the crispeness of the grass underfoot.
Stop and take in your surroundings.
Enjoy the warmths of the sun as it caresses your skin.
At the edge of the pool, look up and see the waterfall, water cascading down the side of the mountain and gently filling the pool.
Slowly walk into the pool and let the cleansing water gently wash over you.
Feel your worries, sadness, sorrows, anger and all negative emotions ebb away to be replaced by inner peace and well being.
Thank the waters for their healing energies and gently make you way back into the meadow where the warm rays of the sun will dry you and walk with you back to the gate.
Smile.
Feel blessed.

I wasn't trying to insult you - just thought picking up a water rat by the tail and chucking it in the pool seemed a little 'iffy'....... sorry if I detected things that weren't there!
Maybe one can lead a person (me) to a healing pool, but can't make him strip off and plunge in - I guess I'm too reserved and shy!

I,m sure that it,s not lost on you Rusty that you are indeed already in the healing pool, this one and from your posting I guess its starting to work.

I think I need to heal myself from the night before. I just read back my message on the first line it's all over the place. It seemed to make sence when I was typing it.
