At the end --- it all depends how much money/time each party has for court proceedings and pain one wants to go through
Volume four is not yet written: 'How rusty knight didn't quite get to melt the snow flower and got slapped upside the head instead' 
Ahhh............ but volume four is actually about how rusty knight met 'marti farty' and went on a honeymoon in a hot air balloon across several continents (alighting only to partake in tribal dances and the occasional bathroom break)........... sadly ending when hit by lightning over the north pole where the hot air balloon landed gently; however he was then eaten by a rather large polar bear who didn't appreciate the matador impersonation!
Marti escaped certain death to return to civilisation and find a new love in 'Connecting Singles' (some weirdo site for perverts and other losers!)

Reread what is stated when you create a forum post or thread. It states that you should “consider what you post to be permanent”, IN OTHER WORDS, forum posts remain after a member leaves.
It also states, “Content posted in forums becomes the property of Connecting Singles Inc. (This GIVES ConnectingSingles.com the RIGHT to permanently DISPLAY material or written work that you enter. ConnectingSingles.com makes NO OTHER CLAIM to your writing).”
