I haven't posted anything for this very reason. Once, about 8 months ago, there was a group of big-time VIPs visiting the embassy, and we had to do a lot of preparatory work and provide support in many areas (transportation, security, hotel arrangements, meeting scheduling, etc.). I coordinated the planning and it involved a lot of people. After the group left, our Ambassador congratulated me in front of all of the people who worked for this visit. I proceeded to thank as many people as I could and ended up leaving out one person who was so instrumental in pulling a lot of things together; I simply forgot to include her name. I swore then and there that I would never do that again...never single out individuals for praise unless the list was small and I knew there was no way I would leave anyone out. So, sorry all, but I am copping out.
Suffice it to say (please) that I respect and truly care about a great number of you. You delight, you entertain, you teach, you enlighten, and you share your compassion and your feelings.
Thank you all for coming into my life.

Sha has always been such a great pleasure to know.

Just one of the most endearing ,heartfelt, open men i have ever met.
