Idea - BBQ meet in Brisbane - CANCELED (16)
Good idea and count me in as a potential if it is between the 10th - 15th March 
meet'n people is great and all But I would be connecting like dot to dot just to try out the Austrailian BBQ, 
I would be interested. Would have to have some advance notice as i would be travelling from the Sunshine Coast...on public transport.

What time would everyone like ?
Maybe around 3:00 PM , making it a later lunch
/early dinner . Give time for people to travel to
the location . Then if they have anything planned for
the night they can take off .
I was thinking Southbank since its close to
Bus and Trains , close to the city so people
on northside and southside could travel easy to it.
Parking avail at southbank .

I have to leave Brissy/Gold coast/where ever I will be on that Sat morning as I am driving back to Gladstone and it's a loonnnng drive...lol

I think the interest was there but so many folks live all over the place it is hard to organise. Don't get disheartened. I tried for one too and it didn't take off..

What do people think of a BBQ meet in Brisbane in the future ?
With enough time some QLD might be able to travel to Brisbane
to meet some people .
I know of Southbank has some free public BBQS and the pool is nearby
and Train and bus are close for Public transport .
Everyone could bring one item that could help the bbq and everyone
would share the bought items .
Maybe post this on some other dating websites and invite some
single males/females that arnt part of websites but would like
to meet some single people ?
Everyone could have a name bag and the website they use .
Good idea ? What do people think of this ?
