I watched it thought it was ok while I was watching it but afterward when I thought about it I started to like it more. I watched the old version of it also and , for what its worth , I thought the new version was really good then.

Has anyone seen the film that was the western that was made by the director that made "The Dear Hunter".
It's about 3 hours long and called "Heavens Gate".It died at the box office and cost the studio a fortune to make putting it under.
That said i would still like to hear if its a goody or a complete turkey.

One i did enjoy was Cold Mountain not your typical western and a love story but thought it had a good balance and i thought Renee Whatshername was great !! can't spell it
