The sudden death of my mother last year of a massive heart attack. Within an hour, she'd had a heart attack, stopped breathing, I did CPR, EMS came and worked on her, we went to the hospital where they worked on her, she was pronounced dead, I went in with her for a bit, and was home telling my daughter -- all within an hour. I lost my housemate, my best friend and my mother.
Not looking for sympathy, just saying it was the most dramatic event I hope to ever experience. It was shocking and traumatic.

I realized a lot of what is important in life and how much i had taken for granted prior to this event...it changed om entire outlook on life...
Also a lot of physical rehabilitation....depression..and learning
life can change in an instant so live in every moment..let not a minute pass by that you are not aware what life is suppose to be about...not what you think its about...jmo

Thank you for sayin so sweetie...
it was a lot of hard work but nothing worth having or doing comes easy...and it was because of people like you ..that work in that field ..they deserve the recogniton not I ..they gave me the mortivation...the determination and pulled me out from giving up...so it is because of their help that I am where I am ....
so i thnk you as well for you to help many people and go unrecognized but you should know as well...those people emember you fondly..long after you have forgotten them....

Also had a interview the other day for a really good job and judging from the feedback.. they were happy with me (fingers crossed) and had no quibble about the money I was asking for (was cringing when I asked for it cause felt greedy )...
Things are good.... and aren't girls great.. where would u be without them...

Hi riya yes they were long...but the after effects..the mental and emotional aspects were much longer to heal than the physical.....
I learned I can overcome anything, do anything be anything I choose if I put my mind to it...and that works for everyone....
