I'm new too, not to singles sites but to this one. I've met plenty of great people on sites like this. Just open up write the best profile you can about yourself, don't stretch it, be honest and open. Try to be complete, you aren't tryin to trap somebody, your are trying to get them to learn they don't want to live without you. Rewrite and rewrite your profile, mine wasn't written overnight, it probably took the better part of a year. It gets lots of attention, it just need to get the attention of the right one. You need to be proactive, you can't just put the profile on here and wait for the person to find you, you have to find them and write them to get them to look at your profile. Posting in the forums is good, anything that get's people to maybe think who is the person and read the profile. Get good pictures, one of the face and one of the whole body, that show you doing fun stuff.

Seems to be a lot of good ones on here at least in the 30-45 women wanting kids category, I haven't looked at the others and the men. I'll let somebody else comment about the quality of them.
