I was brought up in the Catholic Church but there was things that my parents just did not believe in, one was(if I remember right) stations of the cross where you go to each picture or statue and pray. They believed that was not right as was worshipping the statues. Another was kissing the crucifix after communion.

I then joined the Baptist Church were I got phone calls says I was turning my kids to the devil by allowing them to take dance classes. They also told my kids there was no sants, left there.

Joined the Mormon church, still things I do not believe in.

When back to Catholic Church

Then back to Baptist

Back to Mormon

Now do not know where to go.

doh laugh... we'll as they say.. God does love a tryer!!! laugh....

I have VERY recently started to attend Sunday meetings.. have never really been involved with anything before.. was always a personal thing for me... I find I do like being around people with similar beliefs though.. is VERY easy going, non judgmental etc... and suits me.. but I know what you mean... down through the years I popped into a few places, and I ran a mile from them all, didn't even go back for a second look... religious fanatasism and dogma... a definite no no for me... our faith should give us joy and peace not fear... and NOBODY has the right to make us feel bad about ourselves.....
