j_goose71: KJV has been rewritten and edited so many times to conform to Dogma. (most versions have) Biblegateway.com has all available versions online and you can search most languages as well. I try to use different versions when I research.

New American Standard is one NKJV once in a while. There are a few that follow the quotes I posted.

You do bring up some very good and valid questions!
but would takes years or a lifetime to completely understand it all.
A lot of it is just Faith based,
but basically it is a good guide to live by to have much less undue stress and heartache in our lives!

Crist was of the elohim but not the father......elohim is plural. Christ was the logos of the elohim.

The father was never seen. John 6:46, The logos was the one with Adam and others of the O.T.

Jehovah is YeHoWaH after it is spoken by us. The same as Joshua is Hebrew but we say it different....which is Christ's Hebrew name.....His Greek name was by our speaking Jesus but was different in Greek writing. Use the Strong's to seek these out and their pronuciations.

The reason no one has seen the father and seen the logos (spokesman.....to be Christ) is that his presence would destroy us. We know of God the father by the Logos of the Elohim. Once again the God of the O.T. that was seen was the Logos but not the father.

Serenity1971: I may have to differ with you on that Ras. The main reason that the Jehovah witnesses were started were as a means of controling people even more so than other religions and in with that control is population control. It's more a cult than an actual religion. Yes they may make references to the bible, but you should see some of the compound communities that they have made in order to keep control over their worshippers. It's actually pretty scary.

No disagreement.
I do not believe in any organised religion that is here on earth yet.

To each his / her own.

So Christ is not the son of God? And whom is the father he speaks of in the new testament OVER and OVER?

rasgumby: Thats why the Bible is so hard to understand.
everybody get different things out of it.
Much of it we are not meant to understand till we are truly ready.

But I outta this thread, nothing personal.
Just the answers aren't going to be found in a forum on a dating site

People interpet the Bible and that makes the messes. THE BIBLE INTERPETS ITSELF! All other interpetations are wrong. This is why it says, lean not to your own understanding.

You forget that the Bible contradicts itself as well.

Christ is of God, the Logos (spokesman). Then the Logos of the Elohim became flesh begotten of the father. God gave up his only begotten son to become flesh and to die for us. Being without sin he regained eternal life again and sits once again by the father.

Elohim is a family. Father and son, with the Holy Spirit! The son was the spokesman and was God (part of the Elohim) He obeying his father who was God (part of the Elohim) became flesh. Then Christ tells us of the Father and the coming Kindom.

Father, son, with the Holy Spirit = Elohim
