I called the police when my neighbors alarm started going off at 3am. They obviously weren't waking up. It happened 2 nights in a row. The cops coming out seemed to get through to them.

This sounds like the better of the two options. If it doesn't work, next time take around a cup of tea, with rat poison in it...

Thats annoying alright!
I dont know why manufactures still bother putting alarms in cars as no one bothers to check when they go off anyway!
My pet hate at the mioment is dutch women - no ofence to anyone reading this but the ones I know and thought I was friends with are simply crazy! Its soooo frustrating to know a women as a friend and then they suddenly stop even saying hello for no good reason - its incredible! and it just keeps happening with them.
Anyway, lets hope the alarms stop going off now!

Okay, so what you do is this:
Hire someone to run some wire from a microphone near her car to high-power speakers just outside her bedroom window. Then buy a set of earplugs and give a neighbor kid a couple of bucks to set off her car alarm every night for a week at about 01:00 and again at 03:00. I guarantee, she'll do something about it - And there won't be a need for kicking anybody's butt!

sounds better idea, just think it's realy selfish of her
