Oh ... a few cents here and there...... the same as salaries. What I do notice is that farmers are selling off more and more land for development ... now that is scary!

I have noticed one thing when doing shopping...... If you walk along filling your trolley with all the stuff on supermarket shelves ..... mostly the Instant things (canned & packaged stuff) the flavoured puddings, yogurts, tarts, the "advertised" items, you can end up with an enormous load costing a lot. Take a look at what you bought and there is nothing "Real" to eat!

Buy only "Real Food" - vegetables, fruit, nuts, some meat ..... real plain yogurts, butter, cheeses, milk, breads ..... Same size load costs half.

The problem is that everyone seems to require instant processed food - no time to actually construct a meal from simple ingredients any more!

The schools here have a major problem with the kids bringing junk food for their snack time - due to TV commercials the kids getting themselves brainwashed. Seems they got to have food that has a "best before" date expiring in 2yrs time ... packed full of "vitamins", made with "real milk", and preserved with about 20 different laboratory rats credentials extolling the virtues of preservatives, monosodium glutomate, E2500, F6100, etc.....
