Once upon a time ... in a totally real world, in a fairy tale hotel, in a very real functional elevator playing completely surreal music, the perfect man, the perfect woman and father Christmas were taking a ride to the hugely overly priced penthouse, from where you had the most breathtaking almost out of this world view of the man created and unreal yet very real city below ... when suddenly they noticed a £50 note on the elevator floor. One of them bent down and picked it up ... Who do you think picked it up?
