they advertise..just plug it in and start calling. I have been on with tech support since 9:00 last night...no kidding! And it still doesn't work!! I was off for three hours...they told me my computer had to remain off for three hours...then plug it in and it will start right up!!

I saw the infomercial about it and thought it was either to good to be true or wouldn't work anyway. Also the fact that they don't actually say anything about you "receiving" calls that I saw. (maybe I missed some of the information). I just decided I would wait and see what I heard around first. Don't like to go in "blind" on that kind of stuff.

I no longer have a home phone. I use magic jack. All I know is that I have two of them and the work great. I'm not getting paid to say it either. I guess you can get a bad thing in anything you buy. somechick my offer for friendship is still there.

It's only free if you call someone else who has skype. I can call anyone anywhere in the USA. I bought one for my friend in Russia and know she can call me me for free. She actually has a US phone number in Russia.
