Women are encouraged to drink 1/1 and a half litres of water a day, men are encouraged to drink 2 litres but very few do
Cool boiled water is very good for flushing out toxins from the body.I drink 1 litre of water a day and countless mugs of tea and 1 mug of coffee. Tea would be my favourite tipple

Water and fruit juice, and something made here, called Lemon Ice, no alchohol, tea or coffee

well... i try to drink water, but never manage to drink enough. I only take about about 3 or 4 glasses of water a day, and only when I force myself. then I drink about 4 or 5 coffees a day, sometimes a glass of cola after dinner... I know... I know... its not healthy... anyways none of the above is!!

water x 2 glasses if the weather is good

A plunger of good coffee - about 3 mugs, in the morning. Then just water - beermugs full of it all day!
Sometimes, at the end of a day after doing realy hard gardening or other work - then I deserve a whisky, with soda and ice ... I like to watch the sun go down while drinking it, except here in CH now the sun goes down too late!
I`m instructed to drink a glass of red wine before dinner - tis good for one of my advanced age, so I force that down too.
Another favourite Alcohol Replacement I like is ice water with wedges of lemon - an Eskimo Cocktail - keeps the drinkers happy that I look like I drinking something alcoholic.

Two Three Mugs of Coffee,Tea sometimes,One 1/2 to 2 litres of Water a day,NO Alcohol,been doing without that for a while now.

2litrs of water a day minimum 2/3 cups of tea small beer with lunch and 2 glasses of rioja in the evening its good for the blood so im told but i just enjoy it
