Dreamer82: I don't think looks have anything to do with relationships. I could be the best looking guy in the world, and I'd still get treated like dirt. Its one of the drawbacks to being in a wheelchair. I've been told that finding a relationship is possible regardless, but I've yet to see it happen.
There are many people who are disabled who've found a partner (regardless of their looks) ...... yes, you've got many hurdles that most of us will never have to go through everyday .... but having the "chip" on your shoulder isn't helping you.
Be positive of what you do have to offer a partner because so far all I've read doesn't allude to those qualities which I'm sure that you possess.
Yes, there are probably going to be many who reject you - its something that we all have in common; but remember its really only one special person that we seek and sometimes we have to turn over a lot of stones to find that one who's our special treasure.
All it boils down to is that we all have been raised differently so we all have different opinions and thats a good thing if we all thought and belived in the same things wouldnt we be a boring lot????

Exactly! And what one person may see as a very nice looking other person.. there are others that wont think so.
