Cherokeegrandma: Don t mind you hate me or not,sweet one, that s up to you. The potatoe/egg mix colesterol bomb is not my invention but scientifics and doctors...as for me, I love tortilla from time to time, just warning the ones who already do have trouble with colesterol...not my trouble.

you have a point.. maybe i should've put a health warning on the recipe. I just kind of imagine that people know that eating eggs often isn't recommended by the medics. gosh, now i'm going to worry in case i killed someone....

Now seriously for you simple information. It s not only the eggs, but the combination of eggs and potatoes in the same meal, like fried eggs and potatoes, ....if you eat egg in one meal and in another, several hours later, potatoes, nothing happens. Funny isn t it, but truth as in Spain thanks to their tortilla and fried eggs and potatoes, the colesterol problem has caused much trouble.
Now, how about my favourite chocolate cake with just 1 egg and no potatoes????
