gringa: I second that! As a kinda-newbie (who joined up in what seemed the middle of a zillion c.s. battles, ugh), I can't help but wonder about the fun y'all had before...which gets hinted at here and there (them good ol' days on c.s., don't you know).
So, yeah, what Clarie said, how about a thread for the seasoned c.s. fam- "Old favorite threads worthy of going another round"
haha .. yeah we do need to remake some of the good ones.
Portiea: Please give your ideas on thread subjects you'd like to see in the near future....Anything Goes....
Well as far as suggestions...
Just don't get us locked or pulled.....

darlynda: remember, the one from chattanoga that posted ........DO ANY LADIES NEED A HANDYMAN..........................havent seen him on here in a week or so
oh right...think that might have been a come on...some guys think all women are looking for a handy man. Well, I always rent, so don't have to deal with this type of problem directly.
Unfortunately, if it's not a rented house or apartment....too bad...I think you can do what claire did and start a thread under advice....all the men that know anything about it will probably be happy to try to help out...some might even mail you directly. Good luck!!

the most likely cause is that your darin line for the candenser coil, a little lesson on a/c and you should be able to fix it yourself. that or unit froze up from low charge/running when it is to cold outside.

if you are inclined to fix it yourself and save the cost of having a repair man out, this is what you look for, there should be a drain line from the part that is in the house that goes to a place for the water to be disposed of, that is most likely blocked, it can be cleared with, a lingth of wire, water or air pressure. if you want to know more about how to do this feal free to contact me and I will attempt to explain what to look for and how to fix.
