Iffen you has troubles with himroids and can't get them slippery little bullets up you butt for curin himroids.......hears wut ya do. Get in the shower and get the water warm and relax.....then put won of them peanut smellin bullets up your butt.....butt it keeps a pokin back out...right. well to stop this....just as you put the bullet in your butt...turn off the hot water.....the shocks of cold water will make your butt slam shut and the damn thing stays in.......also be sure to get your finger out quick or you could loose it .

I had a client once.. who was up in the hoist above the bed while we were changing the dressings on his bum..
We had to pop in two suppositories too..
In went the first one no problemo..
But as the 2nd one was being opened..
Suppository numero uno.. came flying back OUT of like a bullet from a gun..
and shot off the end off the bed.
and obviously.. we are not allowed to laugh..
