ONLY after I was hit first or my children were hit or abused..oh, and when my ex-husband spent my first paycheck that was supposed to pay rent which I found out from the landlord he didn't, and he bought cocaine.

Does a plate flying through the air at a high velocity count as hitting him?

Course, by then I had 3 broken fingers on one hand, a black eye and a swollen lip...soooooooooo thinking he deserved the plate...

I did hit my soon-2-b-x a couple of times... once was when I was not functioning well mentally (I was starting to die of malnutrition but we didn't know it yet)... He deliberately provoked me because he thought I needed to work through something, and kept on getting in my face and pushing me emotionally, and totally ignored every attempt I made to get him to stop or get away, until I felt the only thing left was to hit him.

I was about 3 inches and 120 lbs smaller than he at the time...

I don't remember why the other time, I just remember doing it.

I'm not proud of this...
