Sorry Jimmy I'm useless with computer.
close all programs & save any unsaved data ,Shut down restart do a virus scan, then restart again go to all programs ,accessiories, then control panel,then systems restore, click on restore my computer to an earlier time , make it a week prior on on of the BOLD dates .The comp should reboot automatically .you will not lose any saved data including recieved emails .If that fails ....must be your pixels , call a technition...

get a new screen, or moniter, that should fix it, or format, or got inot pragram manager, and see whats not working...
