-An amazing sense of humour('cause I love to laugh and my sense of humour can be warped at times ;) )
-Some moral standard that she follows
-Dreams and aspirations
-Compassion
-a nice butt ;) (oops...was that out loud?)
-a 'looking' woman
-understands my goals and assists, either passively or actively with acheiving those goals
-wants my assiatance, either passively or actively with achieving her goals
-can take constructive feedback (how was that for diplomacy lol)
-a friend
-a lover
-integrity
