cottonelle: when joining this site i didnt realise they didnt have a policy on profile pics. so far i`ve seen elvis, a dog and even the grim reaper...LOL. if i`d had known this i`d had put up a pic of brad pitt instead of my ugly mug...LOL

Actually they do have a policy, they're just pretty lax about it. If you have a pic as your main pic that does not have your face, they'll take it down and substitute another of yours if you leave it up. But you can put whatever you want up temporarily, cause they don't check them continuously.
Now I don't know about the dog pics, some people seem to be able to leave them up, maybe the mods think they're really that ugly!

Don't feel bad... When I first joined I didn't know what I was doing so I thought I was "flipping pages" checking out all the single guys - turns out I was rating them!!!!

pictures of animals and such are fine, because they are not misleading, what gets me, is the ones that place that pic that sends you through the roof, only to find when you meet, it was 8 yrs ago, and all the while you are complimenting her on how well perserved she is......................AYCARUMBA!

It has happened on multiple occassions, and me being the gentleman that I am, go through with the date, and have even asked some, why they lie when trying to date someone, or start a possible relationship.
Best response to date has been........( she stated she was 47 and in reality was 53, and looked it) her resposne to why tell a lie before meeting someone...." I wasn't getting any ACTION." I just about spit my mouthful of drink on her from the burst of laughter I let out.

sorry, but that is something, that even if they were a great deal of fun, I could NOT overlook. I've gotten accustomed to one thing, and believing they are honest as I am with them, only to find out different?
