Definitely has to be some sort of attraction. I like to feel comfortable talking with the person and not feel like I have to impress them or that they are trying too hard to impress me. A definite turn-off is someone who talks about themselves the whole time or wants to make plans for when might be a good time to move in together. Definite no-goer.
