Do you have a clue of who this person is and why? Has anything been missing? Was there damage done in the breaking in?
The details of what has happened can up the situation to detectives in stead of just the trafic cops. If someone is urinating on your bed it could be concidered a terrorist act and be uped in importance even more. But it better not be the dog doing it.
I lived at a place once that one of the other people that lived there was a " recovering" herion user one day I noticed I had a camera missing. ( i'll leave out details), My other roomate had stuff missing also. We called the police and the monotary amount of loss made the issue a fellony case so they sent a detective to gather evidence instead of an officer to write a report.

That sucks, sorry to hear that. Hey get you a small video camera and set it up pointed towards the bed, and then you can find out who it is and have all the proof you need. Good luck!!------ This thread is Archived ------

Nothing has been taken. My door has been tampered with and of course the whole urinating on my bed thing. A friend of mine did catch a vehicle watching my house, but was unable to get a liscense plate number. No clue as to who would do this.

That is a good idear but to make it work this person is going to have do somthing wile on video. So you know who to get a restraing order against. I think video can be used as evedence for a restraining order (without notice),but i'm not a lawyer or legal councelor. For charges to be presed there has to be a notice somewhere visible that the premises is under video survelence( or it it likely will not be admisible in court).

I would be able to find out who it is if I lived near you. It's what I do. Uh, not the urinating on beds but the finding out who it is.

Urinating on your bed is a power/controll freak thing. Do get a survelence camera, they are rather cheep these days. I've seen them with multible motion activated cameras for $40. They don't check names but it's a starting point.
PS get a wired one, wireless ones broadcast and can be viewed by your neighbors.
