ok I have to sell my flat by December. I have loads of acquired "junk" in the attic including half a car! I have lots of nice expensive furniture which needs to go.... I have no car at the mo for a car boot sale... no garden to have a shed to store things in.... and I have to do all this on my own....

I think if there is a choice between 2 or more motorcycles, then ask yourself if you can afford to buy the cheaper motorcycle , a helmet, some knee pads, go hungry, and have no roof over your head, maintain it over the long run, and if you have any money left to pay for your insurance. If the answer is yes to all of these questions, then go ahead and get the cheaper one.

Have you heard of garage sale......You can enlist your friends help or the neighbours to sort out all those things in the attic, and elsewhere, and on a nice sunny day you sell everything. Once all those things are gone you will be able to sit on the floor and realize how you have been holding on to too many things for too long. Now the energy can flow, and you are on your way to success. You will feel free, and money should start flowing in, and you will get a buyer for the flat.

You do not need another cat, you have five pets, and another one will be too much. All the other ones will get jealous of the new kitten. You can offer to babysit the kittens if the neighbours are going to be away for a little while though.
