My perfect day
Start with my prefferate coffe, a walk with my dog in a green forrest on a Malta
little island.
A 2 hours massage, a lot of good movies, a lunch on the beach with all my friends .
Evening party with EU Forum members, 1000 bottles of champaigne, ball costumes, dance all night under the moon, swimm in the sea by night.
, making each other precious personalized presents, laugh a lot untill tummy hearts.

There was no pain, just swelling, but I have it up, which keeps the swelling down and I have booked a massage with a guy in the mountains who has been recommended by the hospital to massage the fluid and send the bad stuff away.

Morning ritual
Wake up naturally – no alarms, with fresh air coming through an open window, sounds of nature outside and monkeys on the roof.
My cat is still trying to sleep and keep me still (I am his mattress) but finally he give in and move to the side.
I dress a big towel (like a sarong for men) and walk to the kitchen, put the kettle to heat water for my Nès. Get the coffee and some heated croissants to the front and sit there and read the local paper.
Making shopping list with the gardener who also shops at the market for me and some of the neighbours.
The day
Leaving to town by motorbike, passing a few regular places to sign papers, greet friends and then see the temple before the tourists gets too many.
Head for the office, start the day with a morning meeting and some more Nès. The day consists of work of a type I really like and I enjoy my colleagues very much.
The evening
Go make some shopping and stop by at one of my favourite cafes, talk with friends and eventually sit back on the bike and head home. Do some in the garden, talk with neighbours and finally read a book and exchange some private mail. Feed the birds and go to bed, book still in hand.
A perfect day.

mine would start before one rises ie to wake then doze back to sleep for that dream just waiting to unfold--- then perhaps a hug / coffee/kisses- possibly make love--- more coffee
fruit --- and then leisurely go about ones days activities without any restraints or pressures for the need to do anything particular
hey --- hold on most of my days are like this , perhaps excepting the hugs kisses etc
