Hovering around $5/gallon right now. 
Sad thing is it's being pumped out of the ground in every direction around me and refined within 45 minutes of my house.

How funny....
GAS here simply refers to LPG, actual cooking gas......the rest we call petrol or diesel.....
....and the gas truck has just done it's rounds and for a 30 ltr. tank just paid Euro6.75....whatever that makes it in dollars....
as far as the car is concerned....Euro20 gives me a three quarter tank in a Seat Ibiza.....
too early to work that out in dollars per litre........

The E85 Ethanol that's being commonly sold here doesn't work well with all vehicles, so several Mom and Pop stores are capitalizing on pure gasoline. The price usually depends on the "purity."
...And yes, there's a refinery up the road, fed by many, many little oil pumps around the region.
