It doesn't show the ones who give you lower votes so that could be it....It just shows you the high ones...

it will catch-up, get synchronized.
Most probably the numbers are not updated simultaneously.
Try to re-fresh the screen (hit F5 while in ratings) - might update right away, might a bit later.
But you WILL see the correct number: either 6.11 will go up or more than 217 votes.

Yeah but you coulda had say two or more lower votes to that you couldn't see at the same time that lowered the % or average whatever they go by....that's what I meant...
