Cherokeegrandma: There is nothing more constant in our lifes than the constant changes. We can fight against them, pretend they do not exist or flow with them, we can learn from them and grow with them, we even can change with them.
Some years ago, a Sioux Elder visited (here where I am) Valencia, Spain and gave a conference. I never forget his example of changes:
Life is like a river. Even it seems always the same river, but you won t be able to touch the same water twice.
Also I do remember my grandpa´s words: Life is like the ocean, wave up, wave down and up again.
Whenever the current situation is giving you too much hard time, hope you find strength in those words.
