I read the last post with interest. I have tried to join in a couple of times but had no response' retreated
and felt left out.Then I thought its the same anywhere, peaple have to get to know each other and its different in real life as there is nearly always someone to intraduce you and help you settle in.It cannot be done on forums its just jump in and hope for the best.Its no good getting angry and upset about things as it only gets the other members back up.With me I am pretty slow typing so if I want to have my say on something by the time I get it out its too late,I feel like I am sitting at the back of the class with my hand up but cant get it out. I have not looked at the regulers on this site for a while but I see a lot have gone! I do hope they have met someone and are getting on with thier lives.
To anybody who wants to join in just persevere and if it is interesting in the end you will get a response just remember you cannot change human nature'you have to get known a bit first,and if you come across as a whinger you will be ignored as you would anywhere.

You know I find it really sad that you feel that way. If you are being ignored I am sure it is not intentional. It might be the fact that we are all on a different times. I think naturally we will go to the people we know, but that by all means from my part means you are not welcome or I am ignoring you.............sometimes I have a lot to say and little time to do I suppose its no different to starting a new job, it takes a while to get to know everyone before you really feel comfortable. Keep posting and most of all have fun.

Oh no I am not blaming anyone except myself 'in fact if Leggy reads this she should realise that if she comes in guns drawn she should expect return fire.And to the replys I have recieved she should feel a bit foolish.Because at the end of the day its all about attitude.So please call in for a cup of tea anytime.

Yes I have to agree with that one, that is so true. I suppose it takes a long time to get to know people, and as you say to come in guns blazing of course people are going to get their back up.

I feel quite perky now thanks to you girls! in fact I might even dip my toe in the US forum and stir them up a bit about thier sense of humour' um maybe tomorrow.

Hi Martia nice to meet you i was a bit the same but i just jumped right in and started quoting and have made a few nice friends both male & female if nothing else they have also cheered me up heaps when i was down.
