My breaks have often lasted for years.

I guess its good to take a break after a breakup since you don't want to rebound, and rebounds are always bad.
So yea It's a good idea to just take a break for a bit.
I have a question for you though...If you were to take these long breaks do you try to get FWB (NSA) type relationships?
