This one's easy to answer:
1 everlasting life
Assuming it's everlasting life in youthful good health and not everlasting life in some sort of painful / crippled state.
The other 9 wishes I could then make happen without any more divine intervention. Some of them may take a long time, but I'd get there in the end.
And if an angel sat on my lap I'd tell them to grab the first thing that came up...

Books and movies, always have SOME conflict for the story plot to move on, and the characters to develop so they are not merely 2-dimensional...
I guess for different reasons, we need those things too. JMO
