I have the same problem with many things...I can't listen because "additional plug ins need to be installed", and I can't seem to install them. I have Vista, and don't know if that's part of the problem because I don't seem to remember having this trouble with XP.

I had tried all that but..... I didn't realise that you have to click on the desktop shortcut it creates to finish installing..... (Druidess, I hope you're taking note?).

If you use Firefox,you will have to Download a Plugin from the Plugins-Page.I have no idea why but for some reason, now it comes up with "additional plug-ins need to be installed"....
