My "half" would be that person who loves me for me, and who I love for him. And if that person is smart, he'll get over his fears. Life's too short. But, I love him enough to give him that chance. I'm not looking here...the man is in my life, he's just too scared and stubborn. And might love me too much.

Oh, I already know why...I know more of why than he realizes. I've known him for 5 years now, and we've been having this dance on and off for 4.5 of them. I know it well. That's why the part about he might love me too much...enough to give me up instead of grabbing hold and finally not letting go.

Yeah, I know...it's getting him to do that that's part of the problem. We say a lot in very few words...and know each other well enough for that. I just need to kidnap him some night and hogtie him. Seriously, I'm glad I've learned to be patient, and I love him enough to wait it out until I can get him to talk...or stop letting go.
