Yesterday brought the beginning, tomorrow brings the end, and
somewhere in the middle we became the best of friends.
A friend knows the song in my heart and sings it to me when
my memory fails.
Friendship isn't a big thing-- it's a million little things.
If your alone, I'll be your shadow. If you want to cry, I'll
be your shoulder. If you want a hug, I'll be your pillow. If
you need to be happy, I'll be your smile. But anytime you
need a friend I will just be me.
A friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone
out.
Friends are kisses blown to us by angels.
It is the friends you can call up at 4:00 A.M. that matter.
A true friend reaches for your hand and touches your heart.
A friend accepts us for what we are yet helps us to be what we
should.

Isn't 4am around bar closing sassy?...Your lucky I quit drinking or thats when I would call..cuzz I have no doubt your my friend and it says a friend can call you at 4am if I read that NICE POEM correctly...A friend also sits around your fire drinkin coffee until the wee hours discussin cinnamon roll recipes.
