Anyone got any ideas?? Dinner is good for dates, then there's romantic walks, Cinema, etc... anyone done anything really fun on a date that didn't cost an SSIA or two??? I find sometimes the traditional date can be just a polite meeting, and it's not until a relationship develops that you experience a person's true character. very mad

Some of the best dates I've had involve a simple picnic, a kite or two and the beach. Those dates have gone from lunchtime until the sunsets and a fire is lit.

Dating is a time to get to know one another and if you always spend it doing things that prevent conversation for 2-3 hours, such as the cinema, theatre, concerts, you spend a lot of money and don't really make to many new discoveries about the other.

I prefer activities that inspire interaction and conversation. But I know how much the men love to chat about themselves. rolling on the floor laughing

Cinema and a meal are easily the worst things you can do for a first date, especially if it's a blind date. The worst thing I'd want is to sit in a restraunt all evening with somebody I can't feel right talking to, or in a dark room for two hours.

Best bet is go back to the old reliables, a few drinks (Ideally mid week lol), a simple walk somewhere nice and original or a cup of tea/coffee daytime are nice ways to get things started off. The fancy venues and ideas can come in time.

Of course, I'm single so what do I know? rolling on the floor laughing

Just a thought....

Go fishing...

Far from the maddening crowd...

Away from distractions...

And plenty of uninterupded time forconversing

Also encourages peps to be themselves...

Worth a shotdunno

what about a karaoke night grin

they are so many silly crasy things, u can do ...

the crasiest thing i have ever done, ballon ride cheering

yes and no, are NOT acceptable answers, if she ask a question
don't talk over: sports or cars (unless she brings it up)
